Penalty

seriously they should have increase the penalty percentage to 5%, maybe. Who knows how lousy are the performance of certain company who have won the tender. Once they got the tender, then we are bound to them. But what if they have very bad performance? Keep giving empty promise, while we the end user could do nothing and keep waiting for more information. It's like a shit. SHIT!!!

today I was so furious. FURIOUS, not anger, but extreme furious. I cancelled the previous purchase order which was bound with last contract, while the supplier could never answer me when would I get the stocks, for endless weeks. So I cancelled that order after knowing that the after winning company could have supplied me. It's last week. Then I called the later company about my order, and they said they got no stock. What the... #!$+=€¥$#%
Speechless.

I should have blacklisted this company. 

Blacklisting is not practical if they can always provide the cheapest price, even though it might be empty promise.

SHIT!!!

Many company perform very lousy, especially those win the tender. If u can't supply the stock, why would u go and tender and make us suffered!!

I would complain to atasan. Shit thing. They should have increased their penalty!

Need touch up some more?

The girl who did my eyebrow embroidery texted me and asked whether i need a touch up.

I never think the other touch up is needed in maybe two years time. So i was quite surprised when she texted me. Anyway, maybe this is the so-called "after-sale service" and she did show her concern on her service. 

I do like dark eyebrow, like those after make-up. Eyebrow did change a lot on your look, your spirit and your confidence. Anyway, i can always do some make-up, touch up a bit using eyebrow pen. So maybe not so soon to do a embroidery touch up. It's painful you know.

So this is the before and after. Do you think i need a touch up? The color in after-look is fade but more natural, while the other one is darker.

The haze is so frustrating

it ruined my holiday.

The clear sky turned up after two weeks of greyish and disgusting sense of atmosphere. We are relieved that the sun and cloud can be clearly seen. Then today, the plan was a trip to Melaka zoo. We walked out of the house, changed our mind.mhow to go outdoor like this oh. Then we drove to Johor Bahru. The more we go, the hazy it was.

Shit.

In the end we turn back and stop by my mother's house.

And we stayed home. 

The hair is so smelly after u come back from outdoor. There goes my family day.

Sigh.

Which petrol station do you go?

I normally go to Shell. We had the bonuslink card, although the points accumulation is very slow. Previously only shell accept my amex. Other petrol station seem not welcome amex. As you all know Maybank 2 card previously offer 5% cash back during weekend spending. This offer is no longer available. So i usually pump at Shell.

Shell face a massive lost since the petrol price drop. One of the shell station nearby my living area was being closed down. Petron it changed to.

My amex no longer give me 5% cash back during weekend. So i should find another card which may give me more benefits. Perhaps i need to switch to other petrol too.

There is another story, once my husband pump petrol at petronas, he claimed that it gave less energy than which he usually pump at shell. I do not know. Maybe there is still some difference between petrol?

Any suggestion to me which credit card and which petrol station should i go and how to get the best benefits from it?

How much of our environment, our life been affected by USA?
If  you do not listen to english song, if you do not concern much about fashion, if you do not watch Hollywood movie or English drama, maybe not.

I listen to english song more than chinese song. This happened since i was in secondary school. Although i do not really sing english song, i hardly catch the lyrics, i love english song. 

I watch english drama too. The first would be.. Ally Mcbeal maybe? Ha, this exposed my age. It was a humorous dramatic drama about a young attorney enter into a law firm. It was actually not for young children, where i may only be 11 years old. Anyway, the drama after that would be Charms and Buffy the vampire slayer. Oh.. the good old days..

After that the one i was so into is Gossip Girl. Who did not watch this?

Those real man show, "America Next top Model" is my favourite. Never miss a cycle since cycle 7. It is now cycle 22!

So this all actually affects us much. When you really visit to the country, you feel so familiar with the places. I was so lucky that i have been to USA twice, thanks to my parents and sister.
When i was in New York City, i was keen to the Central Park, where the scene in gossip girl much taken. Who did not know Times Square, 5th avenue, Golden Gate Bridge? Oh.. the Golden Gate Bride occur so often in the Hollywood movie. 

I simply must say, i like this country. We are deeply affected by their culture.

When will be my next visit? I do not think it will be near future. Saving is my priority now. With my kids, the cost of travelling would not be easy.

The Longest Ride

watched a movie few days ago.

At a small town like this, the cinema only show those mainstream movie, seldom love romance. Love story is like a little story which gives us some touching moments and reminds us of the relationship among us all.

This movie showed two love story, one in the present, one in the past.

Some quote in the movie, "love requires sacrifice." "I t want you to be happy, even if the happiness does not include me anymore." "She had a great eye for talent, but I only had eye for you."

Some touching scene makes me cry. In the past, the wife left the husband becaus they cannot have kids and that makes the wife desperate.. But after some time she went back to him. They meant for each other.

There are some obstacle in our life. We need to overcome it. Or else there would not be any lasting relationship.

Nice movie. I like. In the end only i found out actually it doesn't show in Malaysia.

Bus to KLIA from South

There is one way, by taking express bus. I never know this kind of service. When i think of going to KLIA or KLIA2 or LCCT (before KLIA2), either we drive, or we get a driver to send us. The cost of going to airport by paid driver is quite high, which should be more than RM800 from Kluang. So, what other choices do we have?

Recently only i know there is one bus express from jb which will take passengers to airport, and they stop at yong peng! This is good and cheap. The fare is only RM55 from Yong Peng. Good one, right?

MBO movie contest

I register to join the contest. But til now, 2 weeks passed and i haven't watched a single movie.

Sigh, i don't think i would be able to join this contest. Sob.

Body Lotion

Long long time ago, i don't use any body lotion.

Then since don't know when, i start to apply all those skincare product. Almost all i would purchase from Watson. Good choices they have. Vaseline, Nivea, sebamed, etc.

But i want to say, vaseline is a very good one. The smell is light. The texture is just nice. The moisturization effect is superb!

There is one vaseline petroleum jelly, where i constantly apply on my lips. Once my lips was exposed to super dry aircon for long period, then it was broken for almost one year. An ugly girl i was during that period. Then i apply vaseline day and night. It is perfectly looking now.

Vaseline petroleum jelly is almost good for those who has dry skin. Quite oily it is. But very useful especially when you go to overseas which the air is so dry. Really good product. Highly recommended.

I also apply vaseline lotion to my kids. I think they are safe enough.

Go apply it especially if you have problematic lips. It works!

Maybank 2 Card

This is the credit card i used. I like it, because it gives 5% cash back on weekends, plus a 5x treatpoints for every RM1 spent on AMEX and 1x treatpoints on MASTERCARD. I like the cash back, although it capped at RM50 per month.

But heard that the points needed for redemption has raised for most merchandise. And they now limit the weekend cash back to only dining. So sad about this. 

I redeem some stuff once in a while. Now the accumulated points is about 200000. 43680 points can be changed to RM100 voucher at Giant, AEON, etc. So my accumulated points equal to about RM400. Think next time i would used the point to redeem voucher for my spending at AEON. Might use it for my skincare products. So that i can save a lot.

What have i redeemed before? A baby car seat, a baby musical rocker, omron blood pressure monitor, tax for credit card, thermos lunch box, etc.

wish to have a sneakers, black in color. i have the picture in my mind.

It should be black, comfortable.

Initially i want to buy an adidas. Search through online store or adidas outlet, or other sports shop, can't find any. Their color just not the one.

Then i see Nike Roshe Run at Batu Pahat Mall Nike store. Yea, exactly the one i want.

The physical appearance exactly match.

Eyebrow embroidery

Have been looking for good eyebrow embroidery. Wish to do mine.

Done one few years back. That was at one lady's home recommended by my mum-in-law. But it fades away with time.

Nowadays the popular type would be straight thick eyebrow, which was led by most Koran drama. But it indeed looked good! No more fine eyebrow. Those models or popular blogger mostly with thick eyebrow. I wish to do mine too.

Survey thorough the website. One recommended by the famous blogger, JaneChuck, located at Kota Damansara, Finesse House. It charges over RM1000 for one session plus one touch up. Seriously I considered it once. But you see, we stay at southern area. Too much to spent for an eyebrow embroidery.

Another one is located at Tmn Ungku Tun Aminah. Charges RM688 as promotion price. This one is quite popular also as the appointment date would be at least two weeks advanced. Still, I need to arrange my time for this.

Lastly my friend's sis did it. She owns a shop at Holiday Plaza named LUSH. RM380 promotion price now. However she can travel to customer's house. She charged me RM500 to come to my house located at Kluang. In the end this is the one I did. Save time, more convenient.

The photo taken two days after embroidery done. So it was still not natural. It takes up to one week to be the final one.

This is not the popular type now. The popular type would be one claimed to be 3D and more natural type. Anyway, I like the eyebrow shape she did for me. Exactly the one I want. But it was painful. Real pain. Luckily my session considered fast. I should have take painkiller before. Panadol will do. Lol. An advice to people who want to do, especially needle-technique eyebrow embroidery as they did not do anesthesia, to make it more natural. Different technique different procedure.

As for painkiller, panadol is one popular one, which is over-the-counter, where you no need to consult anybody before you take it. But of course, you need to take it according to the dose. Like any food, take more than suggested will cause toxicity. Moderation is the key. Actually panadol is the pioneer brand of paracetamol, which is produced by GSK company. The patent period has gone so there are several brand of paracetamol in the market, such as uphamol, fepril and etc. Only one manufacturer GSK company produce several type of paracetamol claimed to have different functions. So people gotta see the effect desired.

Her new sandals

First saw this at Ipoh parade last weekend. Fall in love with it at the first sight. Too bad no her size in the store. Tried the size UK5 and UK7, UK6 should be the most suitable one. The first store we went is al-ikhsan at Ipoh Parade.

Then we went upstairs. Oops, there is Adidas store. But too bad, out of her size too.

Next, when we stopped by KL on the way back, we went to Pavilion. He went to meet his friend. Anyway, Adidas store at Pavilion has no this sandals, i guess, out of stock, or the stock never come yet, because this is quite a new arrivals. Stadium beside left only size UK7.

Sigh. too bad. This sandals is so lovely. I even looked at adidas malaysia online store. Yea, they have it. But that will be our last resort. 

Oh ya, al-ikhsan sells at cheaper price. Anybody can tell me why? RM89 the price at al-Ikhsan. RM99 at adidas store.

We went to Batu Pahat today. I was thrilled that they have it! Terus ambil satu and said "we want it!" Haha.

Antibiotic Surveillance Meeting

Everybody knows taking antibiotic improperly will lead to Antibiotic Resistance. Or, not everybody know it?

So what is antibiotic resistance?

This few years our nation healthcare focus on this, which is to control and do surveillance on antibiotic resistance.

People tend to take antibiotic if they are sick. Even if when doctors do not prescribe, they will ask for it. There is a misconception where they think they will get well faster with the help of antibiotic.

What is antibiotic? Antibiotic is the medication to kill or prevent the growth of bacteria. So if only your illness is caused by bacteria, it will have the effect. Or else, what for taking so much medications which will do no benefits, but actually harm your body.

What harm will it make? First, you need to digest something your body do not need. You burden your liver, your kidney to excrete it.

Second, once it is in our blood, it go through your whole body, and do whatever it wants. Or you thought it just disappear like that? That's where side effects come from. Side effects mean some effects other than the effect we aim. That's why medication always have side effects. Because it doesn't only go to the site where the illness start, but the whole body.

Third, the worst part, the antibiotic did not cure you, but to create resistance, which mean this antibiotic will no longer be effective for you next time you get illness from the same bacteria. Why? because bacteria will evolve. Evolution it is. Every living thing evolve. They know they need to be lack of their hand so that they can survive, so their new generation will become no hand, and your antibiotic will no longer kill it by cutting the hand, for example.

That's why we need to control the antibiotic usage. That's where superbug comes in, where no antibiotic can kill it/prevent its growth.

Some doctors did not prescribe antibiotics wisely. Some ignorant people ask for antibiotics for their minor illness which maybe caused by virus. For example, cough and cold are usually caused by virus. It will go away in some days. You just need to give your body some time to evacuate the foreign particles. Of course, if it gets worse, see the doctor and get the medication accordingly.

This meeting is to ask us, the pharmacist at kesihatan, to take the data of antibiotic usage. Some other measures have been taken in the hospital. This time, the kesihatan. And many more to come.

 

Lost my way to Bahagian Perkhidmatan Farmasi Johor

This meeting i went for Antibiotic Surveillance Meeting with fellows from other clinics at Bahagian Perkhidmatan Farmasi Johor. It was located at old Hospital Permai. Hospital Permai has a new location which is bigger, newer, more high-tech and prettier. Our previous BPFJ was located at Menara Sarawak, JB. This is my first time been to new location. 

At first i should follow driver from our office which will sent my colleagues to Hospital Permai at new location. However, they will spend whole day doing audit, while the meeting i attend would only be half day. So i decided to drive there myself. Google is always my good friend. As usual i followed the route guided by Google Map. Anyway, this time i could not reach the destination successfully. My god, it led me to some small route around that area. The very small road even with no proper construction, which are the small road at some Malay kampung. 

I've lost my way!

After wandered around that area, i agak-agak take the route to the main road, and search again the Google Map. This time i set Jalan Persiaran Permai, where the hospital was located, as the destination. At last, i can see the signage when i reached there. But still i can't follow GoogleMap, i have to follow my instinct. Thank God, finally see the sign showing "Bahagian Perkhidmatan Farmasi Johor". And i reached time at 9am sharp.

Waste some time there.

Next time, anybody who wish to go Bahagian Perkhidmatan Farmasi Johor, should never follow the GoogleMap. LOL. Actually you can reach there by going to old Hospital Permai. But you will reach the front door, and need a long walk to the BPFJ office, which is far located behind the main entrance. Your car cannot go through too.

Next time, set Jalan Persiaran Permai as the destination, and follow the road behind to the Hospital Permai, then you will see the signage of BPFJ.

垃圾分类

终于马来西亚也有实施垃圾分类这事。

约十年前到过台湾，对于他们的垃圾分类感到很惊讶。原来还可以这么做。

听新闻说，日本早在1973年就实行。

这对于环保其实是很大的帮助。

也因为人们在对垃圾时要分类，那总会有一秒让你省思，你是不是丢了很多东西，加重地球的负担了？

不然之前的你，是不是随手就丢，统统都进垃圾桶就对了？

能再循环的垃圾要分类出来。

厨余也是，不然造成恶臭。

还有很多很细的方面，相信大家要看报纸读仔细了。

这一实行，一定是怨声载道，可以预见了。

人们对于改变，总是反抗。管他好不好，心理就是会反抗。

习惯了，就行了。

所以执行家要坚持，要持之于恒。

好的政策，不怕进行。

Disneyland

Since i was small, i knew that there were four disneyland in the world. Two in USA, one in Paris and one in Tokyo. Then when i grew up, they add in one more at Hong Kong. I thought the smallest one would be the one at Paris, then the Hong Kong be the one since its occurence.

Every kids dreamt of Disneyland. There are magic, fun, dream and happiness. At least that is what portrayed by the advertisement.

Then i was lucky to have the chance to go Disneyland Tokyo when i was 20 years old. One-day trip there. With mother's company fellows. It would be more fun and memorable if i was going with family, lover or friends. 

Next, the target would be the Disneyland at Florida, the biggest among all. Magic Kingdom, Disney's hollywood studios, Disney's animal kingdom... When is the day?

I would probably bring my kids to Hong Kong Disneyland first. They sure will like it.
