韩国游预算

到目前为止，去韩国的花费已经超过三千块。
我怎么觉得我好像不是budget旅行。

RM 587 Accommodation @ Jeju

如果预算是7500两人，那现在只剩3800可花。

我们呢，应该注重吃东西多一点。吃东西买东西。
那不就要花很多钱吗？

100K

读着读着，比较资深的股友已经不知道是第几个100K了。
 这真的是能激励自己。

所以，一定要设定一个目标，那就是第一个100K。

大家一起加油吧！ 

为了要达到这个目标，必须要存钱。要克制自己不乱花钱。

原本打算换车。Myvi确实不大，更不够给一个家庭。一个孩童推车下去，什么都不用放了。
可是为了目标，还是先搁着。

那何时能换车？我想，就到股票组合突破100K时才换。
 也能当作一种奖励。

200K时，我也要买些东西给自己。

这100K可能要费时一到两年，真希望能快点达成。

六月去哪儿

先生六月生日。

历经怀孕生产的我和他，已经两年没出国旅行了。最后一次是两年前的巴厘岛。

欧元跌，所以的确有念头要去那。

当然，要去哪儿，最大的问题就是时间和预算。

有了孩子，也不能出门太久，所以就预着一星期。

既然要比较每个地方的花费，那就每一项都要列出来。

Paris

AirFrance RM2246（这个最划算，因为直飞，省时间。）

住宿 RM280/晚

食物 30欧元/餐/人

交通

把路线都放进去，如果自驾去参观古堡所需的路程 = 446公里

汽油加租车 = RM1150

其他时候就坐地铁。

如果把全部费用提高一些

Air Tic = 2500/person = 5000 for 2 ppl

Accommodation = 2000 for 6 nights

Food = 30euro x 2 x 6 x 2 x 4.1 = RM3000

Transport = 1150 + 3 x 2 x 20 x 4.1 = 1700

所以两人费用大概RM12 000 

Germany

Air Tic 2500/person = 5000 for 2 ppl

Accommondation = 2000 for 6 nights

Food = RM2200

Transport = 2600

RM12000/2ppl

South Korea

怎能少了亚洲国家，毕竟预算并不是真的那么高。

那时记录下来的资料不知跑那去了。

不过理所当然，这个肯定是最经济的。

所有花费（不包括买东西/手信）应该在RM8000里面。

机票是RM1900两人。

去济州岛的机票大概RM500两人。

住宿RM1500

怎样算都是便宜。

所以，是韩国赢了!

I gotta buy some clothes for the kids. They grow up too fast. 

Their tummy will be exposed when they are taller.

So, we had a shopping at the mall.

The target is the pyjamas.

In the end, i bought more than what we need.

This is where women's money goes to.

什么才是最重要的

一个人的离世，让我们看见了，什么叫做“人死留名，豹死留皮”。

你走了后，为社会，为国家，或者你的家庭，留下了什么？

一个朋友说，她不要等到赚够钱了才来帮助社会，因为赚不完的。她现在就要付出并尽量回馈社会。

当然，我也很酷索的说，钱是永远存不完的。我要存很多钱！

问问自己，你留给社会什么？或者缩小范围，你留给家人什么？留给自己的孩子什么？

 和睦的家庭，应该是人人的终极目标。

 可是往往在这纸醉金迷的世界迷失了自己。

对岸那个国家好成功。这是最近天天的感叹。

没有哪个地方政府可以十全十美，但是他们的领导人尽了很大的努力。

身边有人在那工作，花红可以拿上几个月，重点是在新币。

然后不自觉地又羡慕起别人。

有得必有失，老公说，你要知道你最重要的是什么。

如果你觉得钱不够，那你就去吧。

哈哈，正中红心。

有什么好羡慕的。

天天跟孩子嘻嘻哈哈，多么快乐。

小孩子，真的是太可爱了。

一下子，就长大了。

可以不可以别长大那么快？

Oh, i like my Magni so much.

First purchase in 2013, where i get the price at RM2.04. so low right? Anyway, i did not have much capital to buy. So, the gain percentage is not much.

After that i bought in end of 2013 and 2014. Total 3 times. And i get the average price of RM2.33. So the gain is about 40% now. Don't you think that 40% is a lot, as my capital is quite low. Anyway, i am happy enough. 

I will hold it until it is over-valued! Waiting for it.

Or else, i still gain some profit and the dividend. Yeah!

Spotify

Who knows Spotify? I did not know until one day, i was earger to find out the lyrics of "TRY". I was thinking, is there any apps that i can easily look for the lyrics. And i found it, "musixmatch". A very good app, where you can read the lyrics, and sometimes they even link the music video on youtube. So you can sing it with the lyrics on while you listen to the song/video. 

And then one day, there was a link or advertisement on Musixmatch. SPOTIFY. 

Oh my, a very useful music apps. you can even listen it on desktop.

It is a music application similar to kuwo (酷我）。

They will sort out the music according to different category. And you can just listen to that category/mood which suit your day! i like it! And it's free!

Spotify has more english song. You hardly find mandarin pop on it. Kuwo on the other hand is more chinese song.

Anyway, it's free online. mean you gotta have data plan/wifi to access to the song. Or else, if you wish to download it, you need to become the premium user, where you have to pay RM14.90 per month. With the payment, you gotta enjoy high-quality music and offline music. 

The free-version is good enough. Of course you can sign up for premium to show some support to them.

Legoland review

Purchased annual ticket for three of us.

Actually if you planned to go more than two times per year, it's worth to own the annual ticket. By the third time you go it's actually cheaper than the standard pass each time you go.

Legoland is really a wonderland for kids. My daughter like the Royal Joust the most. It was just the horse on the railway. lol. But she would ride on it again and again and again.

We stayed at the Legoland hotel the beginning of March to celebrate her birthday. It was quite pricey as it was just a themed hotel but not much there. However, kids will enjoy themselves. At the lobby where it was like a huge playground. Lego everywhere. You can just play Lego there, as like whole day. But my girl is not a Lego fans by the way. There was X-box available too. 

The buffet breakfast was wonderful. Variety of food. The best hotel buffet breakfast that i ever had. Give them a "like".

The weather is damned hot in March. My husband almost fall sick under the hot sun. My plan is to go Legoland after 3pm in the future. Since we got the annual ticket, and my daughter tried almost all rides and games, no harm we go in the afternoon and play til dark.

二月股票交易

收股息总会有种莫名的高兴。
今年第一份股息来自PAVREIT。

希望，股息收入步步高升。

另外，前些日子又加码了ECS.
希望它继续努力，爬爬爬！

小孩的红包处置

原本小孩的红包我收着，想说每年算利息给她，然后我拿来用，或拿来投资，更划算。
给的利息当然要高过外面定期的利息，那样我这个妈妈才划算嘛。

或者是像Angel一样，帮她们投资股票，有赚就是他们的。
这样也不错。不过要买稳稳的公司。
天使买了大众给她女儿。
我呢？
大众太贵了，买不下手。
老虎怎么样？
怎么说也是个大银行，应该不会倒吧？
