想說話

我承認我是個嘩噪的女生。我很多話想要講。他不在的時候我最難過的是沒人listen to me without judgement了。我不需要批判，我只想要有個人能接受我，然後聽我說。

既然不能隨意的打擾人，我又需要個出口，我還是寫吧。

剛才買的芒果好酸，像假的芒果一樣。有可能是假的嗎？

原本還在猶豫要不要去買點心來吃，最後克制了自己。總是需要這些克制力啊，不然就是一直胖下去，胖下去⋯

得空起來就想找機會去玩。結果沒想多就jio朋友去旅行。另一個朋友聽到了就說，你還有budget meh? Oh my god, budget ah...

年輕的時候很任性，也有個人讓我任性。時間是把無情的刀。怎麼現在我覺得不能再任性下去了。

就想發脾氣啊⋯

航空篇✈️

这是去年亚航大减价时买的便宜机票。一人来回RM1024,包括来回20公斤行李👝（RM220)及回程机餐🍱（RM15)。话说如果用bigpay还钱，行李和机餐各可回扣RM2(per pax)。bigpay其实就是东尼大哥通过自己的公司出的debit card.要事先转账进这卡才能用。还是不错用。转进这张卡的余额也可以在任何提款机提出来的。可以用referral code来取得RM10的bonus. Referral code = 4OLZYSVY0O

回程因为中午1155，抵达已是下午5.30。还是在机上吃飞机餐🍴吧。RM15还是不贵的。

去的时候是半夜🌛的飞机，上机前去family mart买了饭团。话说family mart的三文治和饭团🍙真心好吃啊。

亚航airbus其实挺舒服的，没有升级坐普通位也还可以挺过大个半夜。

交通篇🚡🚞🚆🚉🚌

去悉尼一定要用他们的opal card,类似我们的touch & go,可是更万用多一些。巴士，火车，轻轨列车，渡轮都能用。上车后及下车前tap在感应器，一定要记得点，不然就会被计算全程费用。星期日顶价2.7澳币，所以可以好好利用在较远较贵的交通费，可以省很多啊。我就在星期日去了蓝山🌲。😆卡不用钱，直接就是付卡的存额。可是余额是不能退现的，所以用多少，进多少。

这个行程我进了85澳币，所以整个行程的交通费是RM248.20。卡的余额是4.87澳币。

在澳洲，有google map真的什么都搞定。另外还下载tripgo,可以有更仔细的交通资料比如opal card会charge多少。

在悉尼没有一天不超过一万五千步行。不是不搭公共交通，已经很努力了。无奈何很多景点都很靠近，步行十分钟而没有推荐公共交通。💆🏻步行最多的是第二天，到了皇家植物园，走到了很里面的mrs macquari's point,然后继续步行去opera house和岩石区。晚上出来去了darling harbour.一整天下来走了23千步。

原本没有安排坐渡轮。同行友人却很有兴趣，想说用不同角度欣赏歌剧院和海港大桥，所以去taronga zoo的时候来回乘坐渡船，环形码头上船，用opal card就行了。

住宿篇🏠

当然住airbnb最划算了。亚航改了时间，结果整个行程向前移一天。原本订的屋子被人订去前一天了，想说第一天和第二天不同住宿，那住酒店会好一些，因为一早出门，下午才能check in airbnb,必须寄放行李，而多数airbnb没办法寄放，第一天就住酒店吧。住的酒店和airbnb也很靠近，五分钟步行。真佩服自己那么会找。这区很方便，还是整个悉尼都很方便，很多巴士站，巴士也很频密而且准时。我们住在Surry hills,很靠近Hyde park和museum station.

酒店一晚RM562.88

Airbnb四晚RM1382.63

Airbnb是不是很划算啊，而且还能自己煮食物。

话说酒店checkout的时候酒店方给了个巧克力，挺窝心的。

美食篇🥐🧀🍤🌯🍛☕️

很多时候自己准备食物。除了以下那几次，其他全自己准备。在家吃了两次牛扒。早餐就吃些麵包waffle的，去藍山的時候為了避免時間上的不確定，所以帶了三明治。

第一天到的时候去了review不错的土耳其餐馆, rustic pearl. 用餐时偶尔听到隔壁中国小姐在和她朋友介绍說很好吃，也带了很多朋友去试。

第二天早晨去了bourke street bakery,很香的咖啡和麵包及塔類。

在岩石区时没去到网红店la renaissance cafe,实在是太多人了。结果在岩石区吃了路边摊土耳其餐。

Blackstar pastry又是另一间网红店。它的草莓西瓜蛋糕，原以为只是漂亮，没想到真心好吃啊。据说它是全世界被拍得最多照片的蛋糕。到过吃过才知道真的名不虚传。

Fish market是一定要去的。可惜没多去几次。龙虾好便宜啊，好好吃。所谓的便宜是跟别的地方比一比，那个分量和价钱，真的很值得吃。

在taronga zoo里也吃了堂食。

还有最后一天去了review也很好的mamak.这间贩卖马来西亚道地食物的餐馆，也真的没丢马来西亚人的脸。生意实在好。个人觉得如果这店开在马来西亚，生意也会很好的。

帶去的現金，除去私人購物和交通費，剩下的就是花在吃了。算算下一個人費用187澳幣，也就是RM546.

行程篇🌄

第一天 歌劇院-環形碼頭

第二天 皇家植物園-歌劇院-岩石區-queen Victoria building-darling harbour (夜晚煙花表演）

第三天 藍山-paddy market

第四天 悉尼大學-Newtown-fish market-bondi to congee walk (6km)

第五天 taronga zoo-Hyde park-聖瑪麗教堂

第六天 中午班机回国

幾乎天天都去超級市場，很好逛，買食物。

藍山scenic world 和taronga zoo的門票是在klook 網上事先買的，個別是RM95.70及RM101.35

總結篇

個人很喜歡澳洲🇦🇺。澳洲人熱情也友善（還是我運氣好）。

去年去了perth,今年去了悉尼。下次要去墨爾本。

悉尼及墨爾本沒一次過走的原因是怕假期拿不了那麼長，也想每個城市仔細的走一遍。這次行最喜歡bondi to congee walk🏖了。海邊很漂亮啊。

Grateful to be with u

I believe that befriend with a whole person would make us a whole person too. We should never let ourselves fall into the sinking material side of world, while letting us become slack, stop learning and stop becoming a better person.

I guess I had been to such a state that, i stop moving forward, either because of the ignorance or the path chosen to be with partner. That should not be the way. We should grow up and keep moving forward together to a better us. However, I was not.

I m truly glad that, throughout this two years, there were always people sent to me to care about me, and show the kindness of the world, which in another way remind me that I should restart and reborn. To imburse myself with the knowledge and the maturity that I should have had.

I truly feel the greatness of HIM, or any form of the universe power, that I has never been given up by HIM, (or the power of universe).

I am always blessed with kind and loving people people. I am truly grateful for that.

I hope that I can always get the positive vibes and energy from the people surrounding me, where I don't need to entertain somebody who stop me from moving forward.

I m grateful to meet those who are always there for me, while giving me impact to be the better me. I hope that I got the determination to be with these people, and continue to strive for my best.

Perth trip

Been to Perth in end May for a family trip. I always hope to maintain the same lifestyle if he would here. i guess i would always plan trips, be it local or overseas. i know if he is here, we can't afford overseas trip. who cares, as long as we are being together, anywhere is the same. Anyway, i've purchased the air tic for myself and the kids to the perth, during the airasia sales. Got it for 500 plus for adult tic, kids is 295 rm each. Considered the cheapest to get. 

Never know that the autumn in Perth is so cold. I've made the decision that i won't go to anyplace with temperature less than 15 degree celcius anymore (rules are to be broken). Anyway, it's too cold! i can't truly enjoy the trip, especially the first few days while it was raining. 

Just for the records of the trip

1st day: Perth airport, breakfast at airport, car rental @ Thrift, drove to the rented apartment but could not check in, Kings park (try to hang out longer but raining), back to apartment and lunch nearby, check in, took cat bus (free city bus) to city woolworths and shop for groceries. back to apartment, and went to woolworths again. dinner and sleep about 7.15pm.

2nd day: Drove all the way to busselton lighthouse then bunburry, then check in to sunflower farm at margaret river. shop groceries at woolworths and dinner at farmstay.

3rd day: quite an enjoyable day as started with the kids pony ride, farm animals feeding and tractor ride. Feel so excited first time seeing kangaroo. hang around at the farm and leave about 11am. Departed to margaret river chocolate company, then killers by winery, and back to perth. my god, the final rented airbnb the most comfortable. a lovely home. finally can have a good rest.

4th day: Lancelin sandunes then namburg national park (pinnacles dessert). Worth the long journey. the clear sky, the unique scenes plus you can take pretty photos! The favorite day and place of the trip.

5th day: Carvesham wildlife park which contains many local animals. kangaroo are still my favorite.

6th day: wander around the fremantle. Had the nice fish and chips. Again, pretty photos.

Of all points and places we experienced, the kindness of the people is the most memorable and warming one. The airbnb host, the custom officer and the taxi driver, gave me an impressive memories of Perth, which when i came back to own place, i keep saying "i truly like Perth".

Bangkok last week

I've been to bangkok for a short trip with a friend.

Seriously i don't like bangkok. Maybe it's just coincidently this trip did not give me good experience. I don't mean that it is a bad place. I just don't feel good. I don't like the traffic jam. The traffic is really worst. Jam all the way, all the time. Spent so much time on the road.

The food is the best. Who doesn't like Thai food? Tom yam gong and pad thai are the must-ordered for every meal. The stomach was tortured with spicy and sour food every meal. But i really enjoy the food. For the Asian places i have been, the favorite food would be indonesian food (i guess i really like the spices and chili padi taste), next then would be thai food. Spicy and spice fragrance is really my choice of food.

Going out with friends for a few days is a chance to know someone better. Because you know, just you and i, we can only talk to each other. The moment is appreciated. More communication and interaction, mean we can know others more. Not only the personality, but their way of life. Last trip to South Korea we talked more about diet, friendship and healthy lifestyle. This trip to BKK more about shopping, make up and skin care.

And we took some great photos. Thanks to this friend who like to take photo!

Reminder to myself - Top Five Regrets of the Dying

Bronnie Ware is an Australian nurse who spent several years working in palliative care, caring for patients in the last 12 weeks of their lives. She recorded their dying epiphanies in a blog called Inspiration and Chai, which gathered so much attention that she put her observations into a book called The Top Five Regrets of the Dying.

1. I wish I'd had the courage to live a life true to myself, not the life others expected of me.
2. I wish I hadn't worked so hard.
3. I wish I'd had the courage to express my feelings.
4. I wish I had stayed in touch with my friends.
5. I wish that I had let myself be happier.

You might have read this before. This was just a reminder to ourselves.

Life is always a choice. You could have make yourself happier.

Throughout our childhood, while we learn everything about life, we were taught to be what society want us to be.

As we grow up, we should know, there is always a choice.

Be who are you.

昨天听电台听了关于生酮饮食的访谈。说了很多。总结就是，根据个人的体质，目标，制定属于自己的饮食，外加上运动，才是健康的。我只记得其中一个点，就是我们要训练身体燃烧脂肪，有所谓的方法，来宾说到两个例子，就是出家人过午不食，再来就是六点过后就不进食。六点过后不进食，这个点比较容易明白，时时提醒自己就是。

再来就是，常常跟同事说起自己的花钱习惯。同事说了一番话当头棒喝。就是要省钱也是自己决定的，花钱也是自己要的，省了花了就要接受它，不要花了又来问自己问什么花那么多。
说的是，那花得太没意思了。

忽然想起去年迷茫的时候看过一本书，45岁退休，你准备好了吗。
说的不只是理财，说的更多是生活。若你真的退休了，你打算怎么过你的生活。
即使现在天天上班，下了班，若没有做运动，不用陪小孩，我到底该做什么？有什么兴趣且是自己完全投入又满心喜欢的？
人生过得庸庸碌碌。要怎么做自己，过生活？
值得好好想想。

最近的股市红彤彤。原本只是回吐赚幅，月头新买进一支，结果才月尾就没眼看，卖了。创下目前亏损最高的一支。~。~

我妹妹

妹妹在班上挺受欢迎的。我不会说是小朋友之间的爱戴，他们根本就还很小，他们只是谁对我好我就喜欢谁，跟谁在一起我很舒服，我就喜欢跟他在一起。

今天她跟我说她朋友之间的故事。话说有个朋友A非常喜欢她，所以常常都要和她一起，牵手啊，一起玩什么的。另外还有个朋友B，应该是我妹妹的麻吉，据说他们在班上非常爱说话。爱说话，应该是很合得来吧。故事发生的那天，A牵着我妹的手，B就来想要用打的方式分开他们的手。这时我妹对我说，我还有另外一只手啊，为什么要拉开我们的手。😂
A就开口说，不要打wanyu的手。
A真的很爱我妹妹。呵呵。
据说那次我妹的手就被另一个女同学牵掉了。而且A的其中一个三胞胎弟弟要来牵手，我妹跟我说，那时她没手了，结果弟弟只好去牵别人的手。

另一天班上一个女同学可能摸我妹妹的头发吧。A就说，不要摸wanyu的头发。😂

小孩的单纯世界，太可爱了，哈哈哈。

Penalty

seriously they should have increase the penalty percentage to 5%, maybe. Who knows how lousy are the performance of certain company who have won the tender. Once they got the tender, then we are bound to them. But what if they have very bad performance? Keep giving empty promise, while we the end user could do nothing and keep waiting for more information. It's like a shit. SHIT!!!

today I was so furious. FURIOUS, not anger, but extreme furious. I cancelled the previous purchase order which was bound with last contract, while the supplier could never answer me when would I get the stocks, for endless weeks. So I cancelled that order after knowing that the after winning company could have supplied me. It's last week. Then I called the later company about my order, and they said they got no stock. What the... #!$+=€¥$#%
Speechless.

I should have blacklisted this company. 

Blacklisting is not practical if they can always provide the cheapest price, even though it might be empty promise.

SHIT!!!

Many company perform very lousy, especially those win the tender. If u can't supply the stock, why would u go and tender and make us suffered!!

I would complain to atasan. Shit thing. They should have increased their penalty!

Backstreet boys concert

First i got the message from my sis-in-law about they're coming to have one concert in Oct. Then when the official announcement stating that there is presale for their fan club. I must go for this concert, MUST. And i would go for the most expensive seat, who care how much it is. 😝 SGD 248 is just fine.
So since i want to go so much, to secure my ticket (nowadays the concert ticket would sold out in seconds!) so i browse through their website about how to become the fan club. USD20 for annual membership. Ok lah, not like extraordinary pricy. 

So there i go my BSB concert! Really glad that i went for their concert. Satisfied with my seat too. Although not the top front seat, it's vvip, and i guess not for sale because i can't choose that section while purchasing, and.. i really enjoy the show!

My favorite would be Brian. He sings well. And who cares about Nick Carter, whom seem to be the most popular among them. My favorite sequence : Brian > AJ > Kevin > Nick = Howie.
After that only i searched them in Instagram. So happy to follow them. Instagram is really a good thing to keep in "view" with the artist.
