IRRITABILITY

忙里偷闲一下。

话说，数周前有一个clinical evaluation.
dr问我：“what's the side effect of theophylline?”
"insomnia, irritability..."
"so, what's the meaning of irritability?"

没想过这个问题。
"erm.. easily to get angry?"

"are you sure? when u feel irritated, u not necessary will feel angry~"
然后停顿一下，看了我一眼，接下去说："irritability is getting disturbed. u no necessary feel angry, but feel very disturbed by the object or things happened."

"oh..."


算是学到一样。
刚才读书读到一半，忽然想起这个问题，好想知道在字典里IRRITABLE是怎样解释的。
"EASILY GET ANNOYED OR MADE ANGRY"
from Oxford Advanced Learner's English-Chinese Dictionary 4th edition.

Well... 我讲的好像没有错咧。

the moral of the story is 老师讲的不一定是对的。我们不要盲从的听别人说的，要自己去考证。
还有另一个结论，人都是固执的，觉得自己是对的。
总结论：老师是主观的。他给我们低分，不代表我们差。我们不一定不懂，只是所了解的东西不一样而已。
