在Sutera的阿明帝皇鸭

资汇讲座过后我们并没有享用他们提供的午餐，反而到了五福城吃烧腊。

这间店主打帝皇鸭，也就是有药材味的烤鸭。

他们的生意还挺不错的。下午两点都还很多人。

其实整个五福城都很成功，午餐时间很难找停车位。

我们其实是看了网上的介绍决定去那儿午餐。

网上英文名叫Meng Meng Roast Duck.我们猜应该就是阿明了吧。

是还不错吃。

照片时没有啦。

食物上了就被吃掉了，哈。

烧鸭的药材味其实并没有很多。

炖汤不错，另叫个四大天王也够味。

两个人吃了四十多令吉。

干干净净的一间店。

不错吃。

对于餐馆，要怎么评呢？

就是下一次还会不会再去。

这间烧腊店，会！

敢敢预测

我说，现在1700多点，来临这两个星期一定还会再跌的。

据说美国升息是九月，那又是一轮的跌势。

评级降级，肯定会造成跌势。

希腊还不出钱，可能也会跌。

哈哈，其实都是大家知道的事。

2015资汇投资饗宴

出席了他们的讲座。

二十令吉给你三个讲座，一个早点和一个午餐，都不错划算的。

金伦执行总裁有发言。

我没研究金伦。

不过照今天的分享，他家好像都挺赚钱的。

沈总另外有分享，他觉得现在股市还处于高处，会不会下跌就看支持点能支撑吗。

如果跌破了，那就差不多熊了。

所以可以先收着现金，等时机。

然后对于未来的展望，他觉得工程是可以做的。

只是挑战还是会有。

第二个讲座的主讲人是个经济学家，兴业银行的白文春。

他分享了很多。

我所了解到的是，他挺乐观的。

下半年没什么看头了，重点是看明年。

可是会不会有个经济危机，他觉得还不至于。

美国升息，评级降级，还有国内一些“烫手萸”，个人见解是短暂性的。

所以，好像不需要太担心崩盘这件事。

第三个是兴业银行的研究员。

其实要知道他们的研究，就是申请他们的户口。

他重点介绍了两支股，SHL holding & Evergreen.

分析了很多公司的业务，不知道的人，还以为他是帮他们卖屋子和木板的呢。

难得听到股票投资的讲座。

多知道一些。

其实资汇很不错了。

每期这样读下去，都增加了很多知识。

所以记得订购他们家的报章，没亏的。

香格里拉酒店和吉隆坡第一餐

入住香格里拉酒店。
他算是很贵的一间。
可能因为我住最便宜的一间，他的房间不大。
其实他也不是那么靠近那些所谓的景点。
去双峰塔要走10分钟。
去bukit bintang要20分钟。累死了。
唯一的优点就是，他家的无线网络速度好快，还快过家里的。

下次不住他了。其实金三角还有很多酒店的。可能会更靠近金三角一些。那就不用走那么远了。

第一餐我们去了Albion，位于changkat bukit bintang.
说真的，不好吃。
咸。
我们点的红酒炖羊肉和猪肉香肠都咸。汤也偏重口味。
真心不喜欢。

用parkson voucher买东西

在Pavillion Parkson买了东西。

总价值差不多481令吉。

老公这个月生日bonuslink给他50令吉礼券。

不过是要消费250令吉才能用的。

然后Parkson最近的促销是花费106令吉（包含消费税）给你10令吉礼券。

所以先付了其中一样300多令吉的东西，用掉50令吉。

再去换了30令吉礼券，另用bonuslink分数换了70令吉，来偿还另一样物品。

所以总共省了150令吉。

所以，分数不累积白不累积。

油原本都是要打的。

多少就省了一些。

真想为MAGNI跳支舞

季报出了！

昨天收在3.60。今早开市还没两小时已经升了20仙。

季报分析第一天大哥和水星已经做了，我看看就好。
感谢他们的分析！

因为它的涨幅使它回到我组合里的老大！占38%。
纸上盈利有61%
股息率约有6.3%！（我的成本价为2.33）

最后一次买进已是一年前的事。
我想，现在股价算高的，我也买不下手。
其实PE还算低的。

应该就守着那少过三千股到很久以后吧。

没子弹进场

这几天去吉隆坡当土豪。

这个月的预算都在“当土豪”中用掉了。

结果只能少少，很少的进场。

进在PAVREIT, RM1.51.

其实有点担心他家的盈利，市场因为消费税好像都蛮消极的。

去了吉隆坡三天两夜，一次这样的“旅行”就够了。

因为我发现，我把自己当成外国客，被吉隆坡给坑了！

吉隆坡根本就是个赚外国人钱的地方。

我干吗把自己当成旅客在花钱。我明明就是本地人！

哎，吸取一次教训。

下次应该去本地人才去的地方。

乡村小镇海边也是不错的。

Britney Spears

想当年自己是很喜欢她的。

当时才六年级，然后中一，她刚成为歌星不久。之前的她是迪斯尼频道的主持人。

然后买了她的两张专辑。还追看她上的歌影节目。还买了她盗版演唱会的光碟。哈哈。

Baby One more time, You're Crazy, Sometimes...

全都朗朗上口。

当年可爱他了。

过后他就开始乱了。

结婚然后离婚，然后结婚。然后变肥。

那时也长大了，没再追星。

不过，讲真的，还是很喜欢她的歌。

如果有一天她要来这里开演唱会，我还是会去的。

The influence of social media

I must say, there is the real influence of those bloggers.

Doing the planning for coming KL trip. Then i start to look for those familiar restaurant or spot where maybe i don't really see as popular, but mentioned by the bloggers.

Such as this restaurant, Oribe Japanese fine dining. Jane Chuck went there several times. That makes me wonder how fabulous is this restaurant. So that's it, the birthday dinner for my husband! haha.

So, the bloggers are really something. And i see why those company or events always invite bloggers. What they do/go/see/eat/play will really imprint in the followers, like me, then there goes the advertisement and influence.

Piano class for my girl

Previously she went music class for kids. with the expensive colorful books, singing and playing piano bit by bit. It has been one and a half year, so it should start the proper piano class. The fees for two are same, while the proper piano class is one-to-one teaching and including theory. She can recognize the CDEFG on the keyboard, but she can't recognize the notes! i think i can blame the exclusion of theory class. With the theory part she can recognize the notes, everything on the score and how to count the beat.

I always hope to send her to my previous piano teacher. Previously i learn from this teacher at a music center. But this time around i would send my girl to her house. The music center is too far from my house. Glad that she can arrange time for my girl.

Talked to one friend who i've known because we went to same piano teacher in old days. She said this teacher is too fierce. i agreed no more. Haha. i remembered i cried in her class. then my friend said, she cried many times! LOL. That must be she did not practice piano at home. If no practice, it's like not doing homework, make no progression. Then the teacher would be angry and hit your hand with the ruler. Haha. That's old days. Don't know whether the teacher still the same.

But she is pretty. Pretty and young. She is like "see me grow up". I learnt piano from her from i was about 6 years old. Then i finish my Grade 8 theory at 16 years old. So it's 10 years! from a girl to a teenager. Then now i am a mother, and i will send my girl to her. I trust her teaching skill. Most of her students can get high score in the exam. It is important. The teacher has to know what the songs present and direct the student at right track. 

I showed her current photo on Facebook to my brother and he said, "she looked younger than you!"

See how "young" she is! Hope to be like her. Stay pretty and young as always.

Dream shoes

wish to have a sneakers, black in color. i have the picture in my mind.

It should be black, comfortable.

Initially i want to buy an adidas. Search through online store or adidas outlet, or other sports shop, can't find any. Their color just not the one.

Then i see Nike Roshe Run at Batu Pahat Mall Nike store. Yea, exactly the one i want.

RM309.

Comfortable, light-weighted, soft.

The physical appearance exactly match.

Happy.

Focus Lumber

Bought this last month at RM1.42. Then the market became unstable. It once dropped to RM1.28. Then now it stands at RM1.31. 

Strong heart we need to have. My limit is 10% loss. So.. just wait.

Their quarters report last month did not come back well. They exports most to USA. With the USD so strong now, hope that it can bring up their earning.

Anyway, we the human not yet master the art of investment. Let's learn.

世道惨淡

一马公司的债务问题，大马主权信贷降级，哇，红色风暴来临。

切忌，勿高买低卖。

要沉得住气。

当然要设止损，到了设定的价钱一定要卖，这不会让自己心惶惶。

这场跌势何时会停止，还真没人懂。

大家都说，熊市是慢慢一步一步来的。

这是吗？

现金是王。不过如果满抱现金，只会因为时间的流去而贬值。

一半收一半放，留点后路给自己。

这世道，怎么那么惨淡。

我想，跟政治少少关系。

唉，我都不敢讲，其实根本就是大关系！

最近我们的王子开声呛几个大人物。

他那个17秒无声的录影还真的是酷。

何时，不清醒的人们，也能清醒点呢。

Jurong Bird Park一日游

第一次驾车进新加坡，之前都是先生驾车，我在旁边看卫星导航。

这次自己带着大女儿进去，其实也不是那么难嘛。哈哈。

可惜的是下了雨，哎，很麻烦走啊。多少都淋到一点雨了。

到的时候雨稍微停了，还赶得上十一点的表演。

其中鹦鹉唱歌说话真的让我很佩服咯。

说了英文及中文的一到十，还有问好之类的。然后再来儿歌“客人来”，马来歌“rasa sayang"和英文生日歌。

音准都还真的到点的。

有好多鸟类，你问我，我还不一定叫得出它们的名字呢。

门票呢，换算马币一个大人一个小孩接近九十令吉。

妹夫的信用卡能拿到30%折扣，都挺多的。

飞禽公园里还有一个小小的水上乐园，小孩可开心了。但我没带女儿的泳衣及备用衣，他只能在旁边干瞪眼，忙着跟我预约下一次的参观。

在园里匆匆逛了四小时后就走了，要赶在五点放工时间回马来西亚，不然提上塞车可不是开玩笑的。

总的来说是很值得来的。

富有教育性，娱乐性的参观。

当然，要走的路也不少。如果有带年龄较小的小孩一定要带推车。

茅塞顿开的意思

忽然间，你就明白了。

从困惑中跳出来。

纸醉金迷的世界。

总是不自觉在和别人比较。

所以，不去韩国，反而想去巴黎。哈！

然后网上的一片文章“我希望我30岁时可以了解的事”。

第一条写,从现在开始存退休金，别再等了。

哇，正中红心。

哪都不去了。

留在本地，去个吉隆坡走走吃吃也就算了。

H&M is coming to Kluang

There were some people sharing this news. There is no official news from H&M or Kluang Mall. But you can see H&M is recruiting employees on jobstreet and the shop lot will be located at Kluang Mall.

Wow, H&M is coming to Kluang? Unbelievable.
There were always long queue on the opening day of every H&M Malaysia outlet. 

I like them too. First, not expensive. Second, the clothes are nice-looking.
There is something about this brand that sometimes they co-work with some designers to come out with some lines. So, it's not that simple casual stuff. 

And they are coming to Kluang? Still can't believe it.

I look through jobstreet for their recruitment advertisement. They are hiring store manager. And i put in RM5K as the expected salary. Then it showed above expected salary.

I got it as a store manager, especially at big brand, bear the responsibility as for sales and staff management.
But RM5K in Kluang is not bad. And i urge those who works at Singapore or KL who wish to come back and settle down at hometown, this is the chance!

Few years back, when there was secret recipe 'occured' here, i said "wow".
Then, starbucks.
Then, subway.
Then, H&M?

i must say, the spending ability of Kluang people must be something.
LOL.

韩国爆发MERS-COV疫情

天天跟进这个新闻。

每几个小时就看一次谷歌找最新的新闻。

世界卫生组织没有发出任何警告，也觉得不需要对于任何入境或旅游发出限制。

所以，去韩国的机票亚航不给退。

原本也觉得没什么。

韩国的全部病例都是在医院中的。

暂时也没有社区里人传人的案例。

所以应该是安全的。

只要做好卫生，戴口罩，应该没问题。

那是，去还是不去？

原本打定主意照样去的。

一方面是机票不能这样浪费掉，千八咧。

然后，暂时都没出现医院以外的病例；不是那么容易在空气中传播。

然后，每天跟进，每天读。

读到今天一个星期多，累了。

世界那么大，我干吗要去一个有病毒在传染的地方？！

不去了！

做自己就好

有时候，你怎样努力，你都成为不了你想要成为的人。
当然，很大的原因是，你付出的努力还不够。

别人会是别人，
那是他们所经历的一切造就的。

如果你了解到这一点，你就不会埋怨，为什么他们得到，而不是你。

你只有继续努力，继续付出。
其实，对得起自己就好。
很多东西是老天给的，继续努力，有天会有得。

生死一瞬间

经历了一个小车祸，
人都没事

发生的时候大晃了一下
一瞬间空白
然后回过神时大家才知道有人从后面撞了我们

所以
马路真的如虎口

一方面，
你小心翼翼，还是可能因为别人的粗心而赔上性命。

老天要收你的命的时候
什么方式都可以

所以要珍惜当下，活在当下。
有了孩子，忽然发觉自己的命很重要。

父母是孩子的天，孩子的地。
没了我们，就没有天，没有地。

控制不到的事，我们听天由命。
能控制的事，例如尽量健康生活，小心驾驶，绑上安全带，
都要尽量做到。

以不变应万变

这算不算马后炮？

其实在上个星期股市跌跌不休时，我就是这样告诉自己。

按兵不动，不买进，但也不卖出。

其实，小小股龄两年多，虽没遇过熊，但小小风浪还是见过的。

千万不要惊慌失措卖低了。

千万不要。。。

一方面这次没资金，不然应该会逢低买进一些。

然后，一个星期过去了。

持有的个股又回到原本的价位了。

真是受到上天的眷顾。

只是FLBHD稍微还是低了一点。

不过这次能这么淡定是因为，这个星期的跌，只是让赚幅少了一些，还是盈的。

会下金蛋的母鸡，卖了不是很可惜？

这个月是没子弹进场了。

 只好在场外流口水。

每年六月都是花钱的季节。

要缴六千的保费，还有庆祝爱人的生日，今年更是拉队出国。

我看要多两三个月才能恢复元气进场。

不过有些也很针对性

比如专门给敏感牙齿人用的sensodyne

这款我就用到不刚

牙齿好像刷不干净一样

当然每个人喜好不同

效果在人人身上也不同

最近市场上多了一类牙膏

各个品牌都有出

那就是charcoal类牙膏

charcoal其实是会吸附物质的

就好像如果我们泻肚子，或者有人多吃了一些药（想自杀之类的）

吞食charcoal可以减轻所谓毒素的伤害，因为这些物质会吸附在charcoal身上

那如果在牙膏上又有什么功能？

我是还没试过

挤出来的牙膏会不会黑黑的？

那还真的会不敢用

牙刷类也有这个成分

可能会加深清洁效果吧

Batu Pahat走一趟

去了峇株巴辖一趟。老公去那里的Digi Centre签plan拿note4。为什么跑到去？居銮没有吗？因为居銮的数码网络没有机，而且只来白跟黑，他要金的。所以跑到距离一小时的城镇拿了。

然后我们去了BP mall买相机。做了网上的研究，决定买Sony Cyber Shot RX100.原本要买第二代，不过听了老板的解说，还是买了第一代。第二代多了一个半翻的镜头，还有无线传输照片的功能。不过老板介绍说，这个功能不大会用的。半翻的镜头也没多大用处。还是买第一代的吧，比较划算。一方面第二代的没有新机，这让我们打退堂鼓。为什么不买第三代呢？价钱差太远了，不在预算当中。这款相机三代都还在市场上买得到，就因为他们的功能好，评价好。大家喜欢。即使是第一代，还是有市场。这家店卖的价钱比原价便宜约一百零吉。我们另加了两年保家，加价一百五十零吉。还是划算的。

晚餐在旺角茶餐厅吃了。有了孩子，真的是懒惰到处上下车。很累的。直接在mall里解决。原本还不抱太大希望，因为这类餐厅有时并不会有什么美食。点了炸米粉，炒饭和炒牛河。哇，味道还真不错。真是来对地方了。女儿拿着我的爱六拍了几张照片，似模似样的。不管怎样，真是太好吃了。而且好大一份的。

Eyebrow embroidery

Have been looking for good eyebrow embroidery. Wish to do mine.

Done one few years back. That was at one lady's home recommended by my mum-in-law. But it fades away with time.

Nowadays the popular type would be straight thick eyebrow, which was led by most Koran drama. But it indeed looked good! No more fine eyebrow. Those models or popular blogger mostly with thick eyebrow. I wish to do mine too.

Survey thorough the website. One recommended by the famous blogger, JaneChuck, located at Kota Damansara, Finesse House. It charges over RM1000 for one session plus one touch up. Seriously I considered it once. But you see, we stay at southern area. Too much to spent for an eyebrow embroidery.

Another one is located at Tmn Ungku Tun Aminah. Charges RM688 as promotion price. This one is quite popular also as the appointment date would be at least two weeks advanced. Still, I need to arrange my time for this.

Lastly my friend's sis did it. She owns a shop at Holiday Plaza named LUSH. RM380 promotion price now. However she can travel to customer's house. She charged me RM500 to come to my house located at Kluang. In the end this is the one I did. Save time, more convenient.

The photo taken two days after embroidery done. So it was still not natural. It takes up to one week to be the final one.

This is not the popular type now. The popular type would be one claimed to be 3D and more natural type. Anyway, I like the eyebrow shape she did for me. Exactly the one I want. But it was painful. Real pain. Luckily my session considered fast. I should have take painkiller before. Panadol will do. Lol. An advice to people who want to do, especially needle-technique eyebrow embroidery as they did not do anesthesia, to make it more natural. Different technique different procedure.

As for painkiller, panadol is one popular one, which is over-the-counter, where you no need to consult anybody before you take it. But of course, you need to take it according to the dose. Like any food, take more than suggested will cause toxicity. Moderation is the key. Actually panadol is the pioneer brand of paracetamol, which is produced by GSK company. The patent period has gone so there are several brand of paracetamol in the market, such as uphamol, fepril and etc. Only one manufacturer GSK company produce several type of paracetamol claimed to have different functions. So people gotta see the effect desired.
